Self-described as a "design studio for interactive food concepts," Wild and Root is an experiential dining concept located in the ever-innovative city Berlin. The organic restaurant provides a comprehensive experience for diners, who are often included in playful meal preparation such as harvesting in order to bring the meal to life.
Founded by textile and surface designers Carlotta Cramer-Klett and Linda Lezius, Wild and Root is designed as a meditation on the healing powers of plants, as well as a means of bringing back awareness to our everyday life. Wild and Root currently boasts a number of events services that vary in focus from seated dinners that center on seasonable shrubs to immersive food-art installations.
Wild and Root is available in Berlin via on-demand food delivery app foodora.
