Fluffy Cocoa Easter Confetti

These White Chocolate Marshmallow Easter Confections Are Scrumptious

If you are looking for a way to consume all the deliciousness Easter has to offer in one spectacular smorgasbord of a dessert then these white chocolate marshmallow confections are for you (and me).

While these festive confections look complex, no oven is required and they are actually quite simple to make. The only ingredients required are white chocolate chips, rainbow mini marshmallows and decorative sprinkles of your choice.

After melting the white chocolate in a large bowl you simply stir in the mini marshmallows until the gooey goodness covers them completely. Then, spread the mixture onto a pan and freeze for 20 mins.

When you remove the pan from the freezer you can cut the bark into squares, or you can stick with the theme and cut egg shapes. Add some more color with Easter sprinkles and serve!
