Sony presents a new pair of midrange headphones in the form of the WH-CH720N over-ear pair that are designed with elements borrowed from the company's WH-1000XM5. It uses the same V1 chip from the flagship iteration to deliver high-quality sound and ANC, which is active noise cancelation at an affordable price.
The company also notes that the WH-CH720N battery will last up to 35 hours even with the active noise cancelation enabled. Additional features include DSEE, which is a digital sound enhancement engine along with the company's audio upscaling technology that is able to improve the overall sound of compressed music files on services including Spotify. The headphones also have multipoint connectivity with two microphones in each ear cup.
