As part of a competition, students from the Pratt Design Incubator for Sustainable Innovation designed an entire eco-friendly office collection, using all FSC certified materials, for the home design company West Elm.
The West Elm collection features a desk, stackable chairs, a filing cabinet and an LED desk lamp. The team used eucalyptus wood and a low-carbon-emission medium density fiberboard for the filing system, which is one of the most modern and practical pieces of the collection.
