The Water Writer is an amazing design created by Andrew Ratcliff, Mike O’Toole, Ian Charnas and Andrew Witte and has the capability to write words and images out of falling water. It was mainly created to act as a swing set that also has an active waterfall that knows when to not get the swingers wet. The machine even knows when to shut off the water so that with each swing, the swinger can remain perfectly dry.
In the video you will see the Water Writer spelling out the words "water swing greetings," which is then proceeded by a series of tiny heart shapes. The swing debuted at the World Faire at the New York Hall of Science earlier in September.
