For most of us, summer means cut-off denim, rubber flip flops and worn-in T-shirts; however, this is not the case for Sung Hee Kim in Vogue China's June 2014 issue.
The title of the editorial -- 'Luxurious Summer' -- says it all. Fashion editor Candy Lee dressed Kim in flowy gowns, rich prints and gold jewelry that's most likely not safe to wear on the beach. For Kim, the warm weather is not a time for either comfort or skin-baring. Rather, it's a time for flaunting what you've got in high-end couture garments. Kind of makes you wish you saved up more for your summer wardrobe, doesn't it?
The vibrant patterns and textures of her clothing are juxtaposed by the stark white rooftop and clear blue skies that serve as her backdrop. The editorial was lensed by photographer Wee Khim.
