1 Second Everyday is a video editing app created by Cesar Kuriyama with the hope of providing users with an overview of entire months of their lives.
The idea is based on the desire to capture every day of your life in one moment. Our current ability to walk around with a camera and film anything we want, whenever we want, gives us enormous power to capture memories. However, this ability also results in endless footage we probably won't ever watch. As a response to this conundrum, Kuriyama created the 1 Second Everyday video editing app.
The app sends you a reminder everyday to capture a short video. Once shot, it allows you to choose the specific single second you want to represent your memory of that day. After a few weeks or months even, you can compile these clips and end up with a great synopsis of the time period.
