These vegan labels have been shown off by Avery Dennison as a new lineup of packaging solutions that will help to support consumers in their quest for truly cruelty-free cosmetics. The labels are achieved with no animal-derived components and were created without any animal testing as well as GMOs of animal origin. The packaging has received the seal of approval from EVE VEGAN in France, and consists of six paper facestocks along with three adhesives and two liners.
Product Manager at Avery Dennison Luuk Zonneveld spoke on the new vegan labels saying, "Veganism goes beyond diet. It’s a philosophy and way of life centred on avoiding animal exploitation for food, clothing and everything else you can think of. Naturally, this extends into the world of packaging, and we’re excited to help brand owners take their dedication to being cruelty-free to the next level with these innovative labels developed by our R&D team."
