The Vanke Pavilion is set to go up for the Milan Expo in 2015, with the design done by Daniel Libeskind. Overall the building takes on a fluid twisting aesthetic, which not only looks distinct, but helps to guide people through the interior of the exhibit too.
According to Wang Shi who is the chairman of the Vanke Pavilion, the goal of the structure is "to express our idea of urbanization and community through the experience of food." As such, on the inside of the structure one can find a movie playing that expresses Chinese culture.
