This Pizza Hut Japan udon pizza has been created in collaboration with Udon Map as a premium menu item perfect for diners to enjoy as a hybrid meal option.
The pizza, formally called the Aromatic Dashi Meat Tempura Gobo Udon Pizza, starts off with a thin crust dough topped with beef with a sweet and spicy sauce along with 100% domestic wheat udon noodles. The pizza also has tempura gobo, which is deep fried burdock root that impart the final touch of flavor needed for the Fukuoka udon. The pizza is then finished with a special soy sauce broth crafted with bonito flakes, dried sardines, shiitake mushrooms and kelp.
The Pizza Hut Japan udon pizza is priced at 1,980 yen and will be available starting August 10 through September 15, 2024.
