One offering is the 'True Story Finished Bourbon,' a "90-proof Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey aged for five to six years in charred American white oak barrels." After aging, it is finished in White Moscatel casks for up to six months, which adds notes of white fruits and florals, creating a sweet and rich flavor.
Another expression is the 'True Story Finished Rye,' a "100-proof blend of straight rye whiskey: this whiskey has a tasting profile that includes sweet raisin, cinnamon, black pepper, caramelized sugar, and hints of French oak."
