These First Watch Toast Dishes are Available Until Springtime

These new First Watch toast dishes are making their debut from the breakfast, brunch and lunch concept to provide diners with an option to try out this winter.

The dishes come in three varieties including Parmesan Prosciutto Toast, Carne Asada Hash and the Raspberry Ricotta French Toast, which are each crafted with high-quality ingredients. The menu items range from savory to sweet to offer diners with options that suit their cravings perfectly. The menu options will be available through March 17, 2025 for diners to try out on their next visit.

SVP of Culinary Strategy Shane Schaibly spoke on the First Watch toast dishes saying, "Our new seasonal menu is all about embracing those comforting flavors we crave when the weather turns cold. The Parmesan Prosciutto Toast is a standout, from freshly grated parmesan to Volpi prosciutto piled on griddled, thick-cut sourdough, it’s the perfect balance of savory and rich flavors."
