The Tied House Restaurant Celebrates the Neighborhood's Design Features

Gensler Chicago design team created the Tied House, a modern structure that offers a visual accumulation of the neighborhood's historic architecture.

Set in the beautiful Lakeview area, the restaurant has neo-Gothic detailing with a brick facade to mirror the layout. With a modern yet rustic feel, the interior has ornamental brickwork to accent the intricate ceilings made from mosaic tiling. The wood flooring, copper accents and custom molding give off traditional tavern details with a color scheme of deep green, stark white and light ash. The space also features a gold marble central bar to create a sense of luxury mixed with comfort and warmth.

Chef Debbie Gold leads the kitchen of the Tied House to offer a menu of refined American dishes and a high-end wine list.
