Sweetfin Teamed Up with Influencer Tway Nguyen on the Tway Bowl

Sweetfin recently teamed up with social media star and chef Tway "Twaydabae" Nguyen to create 'The Tway Bowl.'

Tway is a Vietnamese-born influencer who is most famous for her Twaydabae YouTube channel. Through her channel and her presence on other social media platforms, she's gained popularity for her easy recipes, food reviews, and challenges.

For her latest project, Tway has teamed up with Sweetfin, to launch The Tway Bowl. Handcrafted by Tway and Sweetfin Culinary Director Andrea Cuellar, the new dish is a California-inspired poke concept that consists of vermicelli noodles topped with a classic Vietnamese sauce, crispy onions, and rice crackers, as well as your choice of protein, sesame seeds, scallions, cilantro, cucumber, house-made pickled carrots, and daikon.

The Tway Bowl is available from July 6 to September 30, 2022.
