Selfie-Based Ticket Systems

The Selfie Ticket Replaces QR Codes for Events with Selfies

The Selfie Ticket is a system that uses selfies to replace QR codes found in event tickets. The new system was created and designed by Philadelphia based online ticketing and events company TicketLeap.

The system was made to function in small events to help organizers and hosts to build a collective community for their brand. The Selfie Ticket works when the user verifies their tickets via a picture of the user's face, making attending events a more personalized experience.

If the user wishes to join an event, they simply download the app and take a picture of themselves for the function. The Selfie Ticket system is currently only available for TicketLeap events.
