Illuminating Lunar Lights

The Moon by Nosigner Shines for the People of Japan

After the earthquake in Japan occurred a couple months ago, Nosigner decided to create 'The Moon,' a light that represents the Earth's only natural satellite.

Nosigner has replicated the Earth's natural satellite completely with 'The Moon,' hence the exact name of the light. The designer used an accurate 3D typography of the moon to mold the LED lamp into its proper shape and retain other physical characteristics. It's also worth mentioning that the data was based off of the Japanese lunar orbiter spacecraft Kaguya. The light has a beautiful, subtle and radiant glow that truly reflects the luminous characteristics of the moon.
