'The Last Of Me' App Lets People Leave Their Memories Behind

Singaporean design graduate Corina Tan created ‘The Last Of Me’ app to allow people to anticipate their last words. She was inspired to create the app after she came across a quote that points out how we often don't say the things we really want to those we love and more often then not we never do because it gets too late.

This app allows people to leave their "famous last words" or memories to those they love in case something tragic happens to them. By conducting daily obituary scans, the app knows when a user has passed away. In turn, it then releases the prepared words of the deceased user to those specified by them beforehand.

Tan is currently in the process of looking for funding and developing assistance to release the app. She ultimately wants to make the experience of death less jarring for loved ones left behind.
