Visored 1960s Editorials

The US Harper's Bazaar The Bright & The Beautiful Photoshoot is Retro

The US Harper's Bazaar The Bright & The Beautiful editorial is a part of the magazine's March 2013 issue. Model Bette Franke is showcased clad in monochromatic ensembles, chosen here on behalf of style expert Tony Irvine.

Irvine looked to a retro manner of dress for The Bright & The Beautiful. She did so by way of classic 1960s apparel as Franke stood before the concrete structure in tailored pea coats, flare dress pants and billowing leather coats. Franke's crop hair do complemented both the ensembles and the throwback motif given the popularity of the hairstyle during the decade. Red hued visors added a modern appeal to the set however, a choice that was captured here by photographer Paola Kudacki.
