This luxurious tea menu titled 'Red Afternoon Tea' is the result of Italian car company Ferrari collaborating with The Ritz-Carlton in Hong Kong. The Italian vibes are strong throughout the menu, which is infused with Italian gastronomy.
Each menu item will be presented to guests with car accessories such as chocolate car keys, checkered flags and faux wheels. A few key items on the menu include panna cotta with a red berry compote, red fruit macaroons, blood-orange spheres, a strawberry pistachio tartlet and cannoli with raspberry mascarpone cream together with tea.
The limited edition menu while be prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Richard Long and Tosca’s Michelin star Chef Pino Lavarra. Each Saturday in August the tea menu will be available for guests but in September it will disappear.
