A British, family-run chocolatier called Sweetdreams has introduced a new, premium chocolate line to the UK market. The brand hopes "to create a truly generous and sustainable bar of luxury chocolate" with the release of the 'GOZO' Columbia-harvested chocolate.
The six GOZO flavors include a mix of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, whole fruit and nut, dark chocolate and raspberry, sea salt caramel crisp, and a non-dairy oat milk substitute. Each bar weighs 130g and has a 'bar inside a bar' and six huge, 3.5 x 3.5 cm squares that are evenly spaced out along the 1 cm-thick bars.
"Sustainability is fundamentally important to us and partnering with Luker Chocolate on its inspiring initiative, The Chocolate Dream, has been an amazing experience. We’re helping to transform the chocolate value chain from origin, and seeing tangible results within the communities in Colombia where our GOZO cocoa originates," said Matt Stephenson, Managing Director of Sweetdreams Ltd.
