BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse is giving its signature dessert a fall makeover with the debut of the new Sweet Cinnamon Apple Pizookie.
For those unfamiliar, a Pizookie is essentially a dessert pizza made from cookie dough and served in a deep dish skillet. BJ's new Sweet Cinnamon Apple Pizookie is an autumnal twist on this classic dessert and is the brand's second new Pizookie of 2021. The festival fall version consists of a sweet cinnamon cookie layered with cinnamon-spiced apple pieces and studded with caramel bits. The cookie base is served warm with two scoops of vanilla bean ice cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce on top.
