Premised on the cradle-to-cradle design philosophy, these sustainable dishes are thoughtfully made from natural plant ingredients. 'Planetware' dishes not only look great, but their responsible production makes them great for the earth as well.
Unlike other compostable dishes on the market that are chocked-full of chemicals and dyes, Planetware products are exclusively made from bamboo, rice husk and corn and colored with synthetic-free vegetable dye. Although made from natural ingredients, the dishes are highly durable and completely shatterproof. They are also microwave and dishwasher-safe, making them just as convenient as traditional tablewear. And should you ever do away with your Planetware, each dish is compostable making the product entirely waste-free.
While these sustainable dishes are not currently available for sale, the company is currently running a Kickstarter campaign to bring their eco-friendly designs to consumers.
