Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey is launching its third batch of ‘Mountain Angel 10-Year,’ among the distillery’s rarest releases. The American Single Malt has been aged for 10 years in charred American white oak barrels to create a smooth, warm, and layered flavor profile that includes Rocky Mountain ingredients. Stranahan's whiskey loses more water out of its barrels as a result of Denver's high altitude and dry environment than it would if the whiskey were aging at sea level. The climate results in a higher-proof product with a unique set of flavors.
