The SSUR Summer 2014 lookbook mixes nostalgic and iconic attractions with modern streetwear. It shows a bit of "old" New York with the "new" hip one.
WATCHxWITNESS collective shot the photos and they are extremely rare, and mainly focus of the men's clothing and accessories. The photographers use a very small depth of field to focus in on the Coney Island-themed apparel and rarely focuses on the model's face -- it is all about the product. Some pieces in the collection include a shirt that states "No Sleep ‘Till Brööklyn," patchwork sweaters that reference 1970s street gang culture and handballs (New Yorks "official sport").
Of course, the 'Coney Island' photoset is complete with natural depictions of the theme park's summery scene.
