Wagyu beef is traditionally associated with high-end restaurants, but the Panda Express Spicy Wagyu Beef Dumplings are being test marketed to help open up availability of the premium beef. The dumplings come with five in each order and are being trialled at the Panda Express Innovation Kitchen in Pasadena, California where consumers can try them out from April 21 to June 1, 2023.
