For a limited time this summer, you can get your seafood with a kick of spice thanks to the debut of Pokeworks' new Spicy Crunch Surimi Bowl.
For those unfamiliar, surimi is a paste made from fish or other meat. Now, Pokeworks has taken surimi to another level by combining Wild Alaska Pollock with Pokeworks' proprietary spicy sauce to give the paste a unique kick. The surimi is then topped with hand-cut vegetables like cucumber, edamame, and green onions, as well as crunchy onions and wontons. As Pokeworks' Chief Marketing Officer Jayson Tipp explains, "Surimi is one of the most popular and climate-friendly seafoods in the world, and we’re excited to share it as a healthy and delicious option at Pokeworks. Our Spicy Crunchy Surimi Bowl is a bold, elevated take on our popular bowls and a uniquely craveable choice for anyone looking for a fresh, nutritious meal with a zesty kick."
