When the Phoenix lander touched down on Mars, it found more than the scientists at NASA could ever have imagined. The water that they believe was kept liquid by perchlorate sodium in the soil is way too salty to support life, but it does make the presence of "clean" water much more likely. So I am going to beat the rush and buy my first hundred acres as soon as I figure out how.
