Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, a leading American distributor of beverage alcohol, has announced that it will be expanding its agreement with El Tequileño, a tequila brand that has seen significant growth in the United States so far in 2022.
Founded over 60 years ago, El Tequileño has a global reputation for producing premium tequilas that are of high-quality thanks to the label's artisanal production approach. The key to the brand's success is that it exclusively harvested Blue Agave from the Los Altos de Jalisco region in Mexico.
"With Southern Glazer’s expertise, industry-leading Proof® platform, and centers of excellence in eCommerce, business intelligence, and multicultural marketing behind the brand, we are confident we can drive significant growth for the brand across our national network," said Mark Chaplin, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Southern Glazer’s.
