SOUSV Pot is introducing a new sous vide multicooker called SOUS VIDE to SEAR that shares the convenience and space-saving features of a multicooker with the precision that's only possible with sous vide cooking. With this all-in-one countertop appliance, home cooks are able to enjoy preparing everything from yogurt to rice and make the most of different modes to steam, boil and saute their meals.
Traditional sous vide cooking calls for a stockpot and an immersion cooker but this new kitchen appliance can be used to cook meat—and then sear it.
The unit offers precision thanks to SOUSV pot's Dual AccuTemp Technology and a temperature probe that automatically lowers into the water bath from the top, plus a built-in wideband bottom temperature probe.
