Voz3D is project that was created to facilitate communication with a new technology for deaf people with a voice translator to Peruvian sign language.
This software uses Google Translate to save the voice to text and then with a blender program, export the message into a 3D animation doing the sign language for deaf people. This project was a winner in a first Hackathon for the Peruvian Ministry of Education and belongs to a 4th-generation start-up Peru business social program of the Peruvian ministry of production and innovate Peru, which compromised to finance the project.
On this year, the project is working on creating a library of words in sign language. The team Voz3D expects that their project will be working officially the next year for a school for deaf people.
