The new jacket is down-filled and is made with Kevlar fibers, which is a durable lightweight material that is resistant to flames. Kevlar is from Japan and it receives its name from the famous Tanigawa mountain. The label uses the material to construct progressive equipment and apparel that are ready for any weather terrain. Notably, the jacket also has waterproof sensibilities.
Kevlar is originally used as a steel replacement in racing tires decades ago and it was later found that it is actually five times stronger than steel itself. The jacket features a frontal pocket, a beige finish, black lining, and frontal half-zip enclosure.
