The Design Museum in London is hosting the Skateboard exhibition, which also happens to be the largest skateboarding exhibit in the country. The artful process highlights the creative development behind deck design throughout its history. It is set to open its doors this Fall and displays a step-by-step process of board craftsmanship throughout the past seven decades and also goes into how the culture has transformed in the 50s.
There are 200 objects that will reflect the sport and its development. Some of them include rare skateboards on display, DVDs, and magazines. It will also display over 50 boards that have been used by iconic athletes with the help of California's Skateboarding Hall of Fame Museum.
