Berlin-Inspired Skate Footwear

Civilist and Vans Join Forces on a Set of Sk8-Lows

Civilist, a skateshop based in Berlin works in collaboration with Vans on a new three pack of Sk8-Lows for the season. It is designed with inspiration from Civilist's heritage city of Berlin and its countryside as well. The pieces are designed with the help of Carsten Fock and spotlights a color palette of black, navy blue, and white.

Each style is made from a blend of suede and canvas materials that takes away from the sidewall's usual Jazz Stripe that spells out "Say Goodbye To The City" embroidered on. The black and white sneakers have an emblem that contrasts against the base foundation for a darker more minimal look. On the sock lining also reads "Back To the Roots."
