If you're craving some Sex and the City style TV, there's a good chance you'll love Lipstick Jungle.
The new TV show is based on the book by Candace Bushnell, the same author behind the popular Sex and the City novel turned TV phenomenon. Based in New York City again, it will be packed with fashion and the sexy careers most of us only dream of.
The series will follow the glamorous lives of Nico Reilly (Kim Raver), the editor-in-chief of a fashion magazine, Wendy Healy (Brooke Shields), a movie executive and Victory Ford (Lindsay Price), a fashion designer. These powerful career women are thirsty for even more success, have real life family issues, and of course libidos that need to be addressed.
"Armed with humor and strength, these three modern New York women support one another through the triumphs and tears that are all part of making it big in the Big Apple," the NBC site explains.
The series premiere will air on Thursday, February 7th 10/9c on NBC.
