UNStudio Unveils its Plans for the Seoul Twin Eye Wheel

Dutch design firm UNStudio unveils a look at the design that it has planned for the Seoul Twin Eye Ferris wheel in the city. It will be comprised of an intersecting structure of two rings resting on top of a cultural building. It is made with the help of Heerim Architects and Arup and this will be constructed by the city's World Cup Stadium by the Han River.

It will have two tracks that measure 180 meters in diameter that come together and form loops that are meant to be a symbol of unity. Within the tracks will be 64 passenger pods -- each one will be able to carry between 20 to 25 people each.
