The Kurgan meat-processing plant has created a new brand of pork sausages, and enlisted the creative agency Bunker Media to create a unique visual branding identity for the collection.
There are two unique aspects of the product – the first being its shape and the second being the way in which it is packaged. Rather than being cylindrical, the sausages come in compact square shapes – making them ideal for sandwiches. The sausage wrappers are bright pink in color and feature images of pigs' noses, while a small cardboard sleeve fits around them and offers information on the product.
Kurgan's square-shaped sausages and the accompanying youthful branding is ideal for making the products stand out in an overrun market.
