Experiential Technology Stores

Samsung's largest Canadian store location recently opened its doors inside CF Toronto Eaton Centre and is a celebration of the South Korean company's roots. CF Toronto Eaton Centre's Samsung store is the company's sixth and largest location in Canada and operates as an experiential retail space that encourages consumers to interact with the products inside.

When entering, consumers will immediately enter the store's 'luxe TV experience zone' and 'Samsung Gear VR and Gear360 zones' on the main level. As Samsung's largest Canadian store, the space is home to an expansive array of the company's smartphones, tablets, and devices. To maximize the consumer experience, there are trained 'Galaxy Consultants' to provide answers to any questions or product support.

A unique component of the new location takes place on the second floor which features a Samsung demo kitchen. The space gives visitors a chance to engage and interact while watching live cooking demonstrations. It also features an accompanying lounge and seating area, encouraging consumers to relax while also doubling as an adaptable event or activity area when needed.
