Shocked Mannequins

This Japanese Mannequin's Jaw Drops as Part of a Summer Sale Announcement

There are tons of ways to make a sale announcement, but the mannequin that permanently resides in Japan's Nagoya Station recently got an unusual makeover.

The mannequin named "Nana-chan" stands over 6 meters tall just outside a bus center, making it impossible to miss the artful installation. Monthly, the outfits on the tall mannequin are changed to reflect the season or a particular event. But this time around, the prices at the big summer sale for Meitetsu Department Store was enough to make Nana-chan's jaw drop to the floor. Around the mannequin were also pylons and caution tape around the area where her jaw was set up to look like it was piercing the floor.
