Safari Animal photos are typically snapped on the Sahara or even in a zoo. Photographers Clarisse Rebotier and Thomas Subtil wanted to showcase what animals would look like outside of their typical, wild environments, so they depicted them on the Paris Metro.
This surreal series portrays huge animals trying to take various types of pubic transportation, and it's quite comical. You can see a giraffe poking its long neck and head out of a train window, an elephant taking up majority of a subway cabin and an ostrich waiting for its stop on the bus.
The full series is currently on exhibit at the Millesime Gallery in Paris until the end of this month.
