The S Cube Chalet by AGi Architects is located in the heart of Kuwait. The luxe beach chalet houses three residences under one roof. The three independent homes are privately owned by a family of three siblings. Despite their close proximity to one another, each home is private, allowing family members to enjoy captivating views from within their own home.
Aiming to meet the needs of each user, the AGi Architects team designed three residences with both aesthetics and functionality in mind. Each of the homes looks out into the sea and surrounding nature. The separate homes are a replica of one another and are joined by a central stairway, leading to an impressive roof-top terrace.
In addition to aesthetics and function, the sustainable S Cube Chalet utilizes wind power, embraces natural light and is built with the use of local materials.
