The Roshi Porkar Autumn/Winter 2014 Collection is Fur-Trimmed

Taking inspiration from "avesta Series 4000-year-old female Bactrian stone statues of princesses", the Roshi Porkar Autumn/Winter 2014 collection is unlike anything we have seen before.

The fur-trimmed womenswear line transforms the female body and embraces the textures of fake fur, leather and wool materials. Whether highlighting a range of floor-length dresses or vintage coat looks, this elegant lookbook is a modern translation of an Arctic, Eskimo aesthetic. The collection embraces oversized silhouettes that are cinched at the waist with colored belt accessories.

Based in Vienna, Austria, Roshi Porkar is a recent graduate from the University Of Applied Arts In Vienna. The 25 year old studied under the guidance of Veronique Branquinho and later worked with avant-garde designer Bernhard Willhelm who helped her to further develop her personal vision.
