Japan-based coffee chain Roasted COFFEE LABORATORY introduced a new collaborative menu curation alongside anime series Tokyo Ghoul. The entire selection is inspired by the dark and gory fantasy series, translating the theme with goods that imitate bloody spills.
The cups are adorned with illustrated graphics of characters Ken Kaneki and Juuzou Suzuya. The dessert and frozen beverages are decorated with fake blood and eyeballs as well to correlate to the overarching gory theme. Some of the standout menu items include the cookie sandwich, which is designed to replicate the Eyepatch mask worn by Kaneki as well as the cakes with oozing blood decorated with ghoulish emblems. The themed menu is available until August 12th at the Tokyo flagship location.
