A roadside assistance app can prove to be quite useful, however, not many are mindful of non-English speakers. Noticing this gap in the service market, Maserati Australia joins forces with roadside assistance provider Digicall Assist to launch a mobile application that boasts multilingual options.
In its first stages of operation, the roadside assistance app will offer user experience in Chinese and Italian -- "mirroring the most common bilingual Maserati customers in Australia." Individuals will be able to answer a number of questions pertaining to the issue in one of three languages. Then, they will be asked to take photographs of the issue, their geolocation will be identified and customers will be patched through to a Digicall Assist representative, who will be working to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
