To bring awareness to its coffee pod recycling program, Nespresso collaborated to create the RE:CYCLE by Vélosophy bicycle, which is made from recycled single-use coffee capsules. Notably, the bicycle boasts the same color as Nespresso's Arpeggio coffee pods and also boasts a pod-shaped bell and cup holder.
The design of the bicycle helps to show consumers just what's possible when they recycle. To do so, coffee lovers are urged to drop off their used capsules at a designated collection point or a Nespresso Boutique.
A limited number of the RE:CYCLE by Vélosophy bikes will be available on Vélosophy’s site, priced starting at €,1290—and for every bike sold, a bike will be donated to a child in Ghana.
