This billboard ad for Berger Paints has the illusion of a live painter appearing to be painting the exact blue color of the sky onto the billboard itself. To achieve the illusion, the billboard was cut out into the actual shape and size of the roller strokes making it seem that the actual real sky is the paint color being painted on by the painter himself. Truly original and lots of hard work, I’m sure.
The billboard ad was created by ad agency JWT Mumbai with creative direction by Tista Sen and Nandita Chalam. The copy was written by Minal Phatak.
