As part of the latest YouTube Remix series by PBS, the public broadcaster created this Reading Rainbow remix featuring auto-tuned vocals from LeVar Burton.
"East, south, north or west, a book can be your passport," says Burton in a slightly altered, harmonic version.
The classic PBS show aired for three decades and taught countless kids the power of books and reading. Starring host LeVar Burton (who is also known for his role as Geordi on Star Trek Next Generation), the show presented the world of books as an exciting adventure full of stories, lessons and knowledge.
Reading Rainbow is now reborn with this remix video as well as the new iPad app released earlier this year. Previous PBS remixes involved Mister Rogers.
