Junior's Created a Decadent New Raspberry Supreme Cheesecake

Junior's Restaurant recently celebrated National Cheesecake Day in a big way by unveiling its decadent new Raspberry Supreme Cheesecake.

On Tuesday, July 30, also known as National Cheesecake Day, Junior's Restaurant served up its sweet new Raspberry Supreme Cheesecake by the slice and in the form of six-inch cakes. The decadent dessert consisted of layers of moist yellow cake and Junior's creamy raspberry cheesecake. The whole thing was then topped with a rich raspberry jam and just the right amount of sweet white chocolate mousse. As Alan Rosen, the third-generation owner of Junior's Restaurant, "We've spent a year perfecting our newest creation, because perfection takes time. National Cheesecake Day is the perfect day for us to share it with the world!"
