Quirky Love Letters

Daniel Sher and Ben Hagin Encourage Creative Long-Distance Communication

Keeping in touch over long distances has never been easier thanks to social media and similar networks including Facebook, Skype and more; yet these quirky love letters provides a more creative outlet for those who want to do more than type or talk. In place of boring flower bouquets or even physical love letters, these quirky love letters revolve around different objects that result in fun actions.

Created by interaction design students Daniel Sher and Ben Hagin, the quirky love letters involve "a paper butterfly that beats its wings when activated remotely, a stream of bubbles, and a heartbeat you can hold in your hand," reports Fast Co Exist. Through these objects, the feeling of separation is negated by a physical sense of a loved one's presence.
