PUBG Mobile is launching new changes to its esports ecosystem for the 2023 season, including a new location for its Global Championship event. As a part of the new changes, a tournament called ‘PMPL Malaysia’ will take the place of ‘PMPL MY/SG/PH,’ and a new league called the ‘PMPL SEA Wild Card’ will be created. Teams from the Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Singapore will compete in the Wild Card region, participating in a 10-point system that makes the games more entertaining.
Additionally, the PMPL will serve as the organizer of the PMPL Qualifier, which offers teams a straight entry into the leagues. By participating in the PUBG MOBILE Club Open, PUBG MOBILE National Championship, and other competitions, teams can qualify for the PMPL event and try their best to reach the finals.
