BLINDSAVE is a protective sportswear start-up that was founded by Andis Blinds, who aims to bring consumers apparel that will prevent them from getting injured while enjoying the sports they love, without impeding their movement.
In order to do this, BLINDSAVE stitched light and breathable fabric into a spherical shape -- allowing it to perfectly form to the body and adjust when needed without any irritation. In addition it infused the material with shock-absorbing padding, which protects the hips, thighs and tailbone from painful and potentially damaging hits and falls. For its shirts, BLINDSAVE uses the padding to shield the area around the ribs to deflect bothersome bruising.
Those interested in getting a hold of BLINDSAVE's protective sportswear can show their support on Kickstarter, where it's currently being funded.
